    Applications are reviewed. Until you’re approved, you won’t have a live tracking link.

    Share your links

    Approved creators get a manager sign-up link and a property-managers page link. Use ?aff= only — other EchoPM programs use different parameters.

    Earn when they subscribe

    When a referred organization pays for EchoPM’s platform unit subscription, you earn commission for 12 months. Rent collection and tenant screening are not commissionable.

    Connect a bank account after approval. EchoPM sends payouts when your payable balance reaches $50. Amounts may be held for 30 days.

  • Affiliates are independent contractors — not employees, partners, or agents of EchoPM.
  • Commission is 10% of the referred organization’s platform unit subscription for 12 months after the first paid invoice. Coupons reduce the commissionable amount. Rent and tenant screening are excluded.
  • Ledger is monthly. Minimum payout is $50. Amounts may be held for 30 days if a subscription is refunded or reversed.
  • EchoPM owns the customer relationship with referred property managers.
  • You must clearly disclose that you may be compensated (FTC endorsement guides). Do not bid on EchoPM trademarks in paid search, and do not imply you are an EchoPM employee.
  • EchoPM may pause or reject accounts that misrepresent the product.

Common questions

Who is this program for?

Creators and operators who already talk to independent property managers. It is not the realty brokerage partners program, and it is not in-product PM-to-PM referral credits.

What do I earn?

10% of the referred organization’s net platform unit subscription for 12 months. Not rent. Not tenant screening. Same rates for every approved creator.

When do I get paid?

After approval, connect a bank account. EchoPM sends payouts when payable commission reaches $50. A 30-day hold may apply after a manager is attributed to you.

Is tracking instant after I sign up?

No. Applications are reviewed. You get a live tracking link after EchoPM approves your account.

Do I need a special tracking tool?

No. After approval you copy your EchoPM links. Use the ?aff= parameter only.

Can I pause?

Yes. Pause or leave stops new tracking. Commissions already attributed for the 12-month window can still accrue and pay out.

Can I use the EchoPM logo?

Yes. Use official logos and colors from the brand kit. Disclose that you may be compensated. Do not rotate, stretch, or recolor the mark, and do not imply you are an EchoPM employee.
