REST API introduction

Org-scoped REST v1 endpoints on the EchoPM manager app.

REST integrations use org API keys created in the manager Developer Center. Keys are sent as:

Authorization: Bearer YOUR_ORG_API_KEY

Base URL#

Production manager app:

https://manager.echopm.app/api/v1

Local development (manager dev server):

http://localhost:3001/api/v1

Auth alternatives#

Browser sessions (signed-in manager) work for interactive use. Programmatic access should use org API keys only — never embed keys in client-side code.

Rate limits#

Org API keys: 200 requests/minute on REST v1. MCP portfolio tools: 120 requests/minute on the HTTP MCP server. Details: Errors & limits.
