What we’re focused on right now
Our team is heads-down on the core product: a great experience for renters and property managers. We’re not offering a public API or developer platform yet.
- Search & applications — Browse properties, apply for free, optional verification
- Leases — Digital leases, e-signing, and lease management
- Payments — Rent collection, autopay, and payment tracking
- Maintenance — Requests, tracking, and vendor coordination
- Ava — AI assistant for tenants and property managers
What’s on the roadmap
Public APIs, webhooks, and deeper integrations (accounting, CRMs, listing syndication, etc.) are things we want to do—but they’re not built yet. We’d rather under-promise and over-deliver.
