MCP overview

The org MCP connector exposes read-only portfolio tools scoped to your organization. Property managers create MCP-type API keys in Developer Center and paste config into their AI client. The URL chooses the account.

AI connector

HTTP endpoints#

Manager tools and organization selection:

https://mcp.echopm.app/manager

A renter's own leases:

https://mcp.echopm.app/renter

https://mcp.echopm.app/api/mcp is the same manager server. Send an org MCP key as Authorization: Bearer <key> on the manager URL (see setup guides below). The renter URL uses sign-in and returns only that person's leases.

Portfolio tools (read-only)#

Nine portfolio_* tools cover properties, leases, tenants, maintenance, applications, financials, and expiring leases. Full reference: Portfolio tools.

Tools require a valid org MCP key. Invocations are audit-logged (tool name, latency, success — no request payloads). View counts in manager Developers → Usage.
