EchoPM bills only for live doors—units you have published, or units with a pending or active lease. Add properties, import your portfolio, and configure units at no platform unit cost until something is actually live or under lease.
- Draft and unpublished units: $0 platform fee
- Published units: count at your volume tier each billing period
- Pending or active leases: the unit counts while the lease runs (even if not published yet)
