No Liability for User Conduct
EchoPM, Inc. (EchoPM) provides software only. We do not assume legal liability for conduct by users, property managers, tenants, owners, or third parties on or off the platform.
We are not a party to leases, applications, or rent transactions between users. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee listings, screening outcomes, or user conduct. Platform subscription fees apply only to billable units as described in our Terms of Service—not to properties or units you are merely setting up.
Electronic signatures may be completed through integrated third-party providers. All use of the platform is at your own risk.
Screening and Rental Decisions
EchoPM does not approve, deny, or recommend tenants for housing. We display screening status and vendor report links to help Property Managers review applications; composite scores in the product are informational only.
Consumer reports are prepared by third-party screening vendors (such as Turn). We do not store Social Security numbers. Property Managers are responsible for fair housing compliance and any FCRA adverse action when they decline or condition tenancy based on a report.
