Inbound automation events for tours, vendor work orders, and custom integrations.
Orgs can receive inbound automation events at:
POST https://manager.echopm.app/api/webhooks/automation?organizationId=ORG_ID&token=YOUR_TOKENConfigure the URL and token in manager Settings → leasing / integrations (automation webhook section).
Supported events#

Tour bookings create CONFIRMED tour requests when the invitee email matches an EchoPM user. Vendor updates require event: "vendor.work_order.update" and a valid workOrderId.
Security#
- Keep the token secret; rotate if exposed
- Use HTTPS only in production
- Validate payload shape before forwarding from your integration
