Tenant screening includes background checks with ID verification, credit reports, employment verification, and income verification. EchoPM offers comprehensive screening through Certn for $45.

How do I pay rent online?

Pay rent through your tenant dashboard using credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Set up autopay to never miss a payment.
