What should you know before you connect?
It lets an AI chat app you already use read your EchoPM data and prepare actions, using your own EchoPM sign-in.
Yes. Managers sign in with their EchoPM account and choose what the app can read.
Only what you allow when you connect, for the organization you choose.
No. It can show application status. Decisions about applicants are always made by a person in EchoPM.
No. It can show what's due and prepare a review. Money moves only when you click to confirm in EchoPM.
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, and other apps that support remote MCP servers. Add a custom MCP connector with this URL. Setup differs a little in each app.
Remove EchoPM in your AI app's settings, or revoke access in EchoPM under Developer Center > Connect AI clients > Connected apps. Open Connected apps.
Yes. The open-requests board lists what is open. Updating status, adding a note, assigning a vendor on file, and messaging the renter each wait for Confirm. EchoPM does not promise a response time.
You can import a public listing or a spreadsheet as draft properties, update listing details, schedule an automation, and start a background check after you confirm. Steadily estimates and Steadily quote requests are not available yet. Consent and the fee for a background check stay on EchoPM screens. The AI never approves, denies, or ranks applicants.
We label features that aren't available yet. They switch to Live when they ship.
